“ Best Pho and boba in Utah!!! I’m a cook and I love this place! My family and I have been to and tried many other places that serves Pho but they never been good enough for 5 stars. So far everyone I recommend to go here also loved this place. We have been their customer for few years now since we moved into the city. Everything in the menu is amazing. Our favorite is Pho. Even my baby loves their food and he’s very picky. The service is outstanding. You won’t find any other place that takes care of customers like Viet Deli. They care about your experience since you stepped in until you finished your food. This place is cozy and clean. We go here a few times a week because we love it that much! I highly recommend this place to everyone! It can be very packed sometimes, but be patient and wait till a seat is open for you, because you won’t be disappointed. ”

“ Every experience we have had here has been over the moon amazing. The owner and his wife (and all staff) are friendly and go out of their way to socialize and make the experience welcoming and home-like. Both the husband and wife that own Viet Deli still to this day (even after not being able to make it to their restaurant in over a year) they still remembered my husbands name, order, and his parents. The food is all made from scratch. You can hear the conversations and fresh food being prepared from the dining area. The dining area is very clean and nice to look at. And then the food. THE FOOD its so delicious every time. It comes in larger portions and the flavor and ingredients are so fresh. And by fresh i mean they have their OWN GREENHOUSE. My husband loves their Lemon-Pepper Chicken vermicelli and I have loved everything ive tried on their menu. The most recent being their Chicken Pho. Below is a picture of my LEFTOVERS of the pho. The chopsticks standing next to it are to show how large the to go container is and how much was left after I was stuffed. Not only that but the food is EXTREMELY authentic. The owners (who both cook, serve and run the joint) are from Vietnam and yearly go back to visit. So Sadly they are closed for January every year, but damn is it worth going ”

Whatever you think is a good pho, it’s better than that. Highly highly recommended. Such good quality food and freshly made. You can truly taste the difference. I’m going to come back every week. Make sure you don’t come around dinner time unless you are prepared to wait for a table. This is such a gem in Utah county ”

“ My wife and I recently discovered Viet Deli and have already been three times in the past two weeks. It is so good and the staff is so kind and helpful. We are loving the Honey Glazed Pork Bahn Mi sandwich. The break is crispy and flaky on the outside and soft on the inside. The meat has so much flavor, and the veggies make it feel so fresh. Our daughters love the fried rice. We also get a side of the pot stickers and tempura shrimp which are such a great appetizer. We highly recommend Viet Deli! ”
